1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions govern access to Manai (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and all related policies in the Legal Hub.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use Manai.

2. Wellness Scope and Medical Disclaimer

Manai provides wellness and educational content only. Manai is not medical care, mental health treatment, crisis care, diagnosis, or emergency guidance.

If you are in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Breathwork and meditation can cause discomfort in some users. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, pain, numbness, shortness of breath, panic, or other distress.

Do not use the Service while driving, in water, or in any activity where impairment or distraction could cause injury. You accept responsibility for your participation and your use of the Service at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent use.
• No attempts to bypass safeguards, security controls, or subscription limits.
• No harassment, impersonation, or misuse of generated content to harm others.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized copying of proprietary systems.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid features may require an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, renewals, and cancellation flow are presented at purchase and may vary by platform store requirements.

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable after charges are processed.

6. Intellectual Property

Manai and all related software, branding, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manai and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or personal outcomes arising from use or misuse of the Service.

Manai's total aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Manai in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manai and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law.

9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver (U.S.)

For users in the United States, disputes relating to these Terms or the Service are resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, except where prohibited by law. Class, collective, and representative actions are waived to the extent permitted.

If arbitration is unenforceable for a claim, exclusive venue is state or federal courts in California, and you consent to jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material updates are posted on this page and may require re-acceptance before continued use.
